Ume Tei: A once hidden Japanese restaurant inside BookXcess, MyTOWN Shopping Centre,, well, not so hidden anymore as there have clear signs leading to the restaurant now.
They serve mostly set meals, here’s what we had:
✨ Tempura sashimi set (RM35)
✨ Nigiri sushi set (RM38)
✨ Bara chirashi set (RM30)
Each set comes with potato salad, pickles, chawanmushi, miso soup and jelly dessert. Enjoyable, and good service too. Refillable green tea at RM3 per pax.

Opening hours: Mon - Thu 11am - 3pm; 5pm - 9.30pm; Fri-Sun 11am - 9.30pm.
